How to watch the Championship, League One and League Two on TV (2026/27)
Sky Sports is the home of the EFL. In 2026/27 it shows more than 1,000 live games across the Championship, League One, League Two, the Carabao Cup and the EFL Trophy, most of them on its Sky Sports+ service. Here's how it works.
Sky Sports' main channels
Each weekend round, Sky shows up to ten live EFL games on its main channels. About five of those are on Saturday lunchtime, with a 12:30 kick-off. Other regular slots are Friday at 8pm and Sunday at 12:30pm, plus some Thursday and Monday games. Every midweek round, Bank Holiday fixture and final-day game is shown live, as are League One and League Two games during international breaks.
Sky Sports+
Sky Sports+ is a channel and streaming service included with Sky Sports at no extra cost. It's what lets Sky show more than 1,000 EFL games a season, including every Carabao Cup tie, with up to 100 live events running at once. You can watch up to four EFL games at the same time with Multiview. On Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream, Sky Sports+ is channel 404.
Every Championship, League One and League Two club is shown live on Sky more than 20 times this season.
Without a Sky subscription
A NOW Sports membership gives you Sky Sports with no contract, including every Sky Sports+ stream. Sky also posts free EFL highlights in the Sky Sports app shortly after full time.
Why isn't my team's 3pm game on TV?
Saturday 3pm kick-offs can't be shown live in the UK. That's why most live EFL football is on Saturday lunchtime, in the evenings and midweek.
Find the channel for any game
Every EFL game on KickoffTV lists its channel and kick-off time: see the Championship, League One and League Two fixtures and TV schedules, the latest Championship table, or this weekend's football on TV.
