How to watch the Premier League on TV in the UK (2026/27)

Every Premier League game shown live in the UK this season is on either Sky Sports or TNT Sports, with free highlights of every match on the BBC. Here's how the 2026/27 season splits up, and how to find the channel for any game.

Sky Sports

Sky Sports has at least 215 live Premier League games in 2026/27, under a deal that runs to May 2029. That covers Friday nights, Saturday evenings, every Sunday game and Monday Night Football, with at least four matches in every round. Most of the festive fixtures, including Boxing Day, are on Sky, and all ten games on the final day of the season are live.

On Sundays, Sky runs a Multiview option from 2pm so you can follow several games on one screen. You can watch on a Sky TV subscription, or without a contract through a NOW Sports membership.

TNT Sports

TNT Sports has the other 52 live games, built around the Saturday 12:30 kick-off, plus some Saturday evening and Sunday matches. You can get TNT Sports through most UK TV providers, including Sky, Virgin Media and EE TV, or as a streaming subscription.

Free highlights on the BBC

The BBC shows highlights of all 380 Premier League games. Match of the Day goes out on Saturday nights on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, and Match of the Day 2 covers Sunday's games.

Why isn't my team's 3pm game on TV?

Games kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday aren't shown live in the UK. That's the long-standing "3pm blackout", meant to protect match attendance across English football. Every Premier League game outside that slot is shown live.

Watching from Ireland

In Ireland, Sky Sports and TNT Sports show the same games as in the UK. Premier Sports adds further matches, including Saturday 3pm kick-offs, which can be shown live in Ireland.

Find the channel for any game

Every Premier League match on KickoffTV lists the channel showing it in the UK and the kick-off time. Start with the Premier League fixtures and TV schedule, check this weekend's football on TV, or see the latest Premier League table.
